I always try to put being the best I can be in radio. I prepare for every game I do. It takes 5 days to get ready for one game. When I’m ready, I don’t look at any notes or rosters until game day. I think it’s been consistency. I have a lot of systems in place on the back end of my business to help keep things flowing on the front end. I write a blog every week, which can be either new content or repurposing old content. I also create seven social medias posts a week for my facebook, instagram and threads pages. When a new client contacts me for therapy or coaching, I have an initial email or text I send before setting up a phone consult. I also have a phone intake I use, so I don’t forget to ask potential clients important questions before starting our work together. I think having a structured plan in place has been very helpful!
