Hi Leonela, other than deciding to work for yourself, what was the single most important decision you made that contributed to your success?
A single most important decision I made that contributed to my success is focusing on what is the truest final decision to make myself happy. Putting yourself first after putting others first is a huge impactful decision that you forget to do while getting caught up in life.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a strong-willed work ethic, navigating a dog-eat-dog world in the realm of escrow. What sets me apart is my unwavering determination to deliver results and uphold integrity in every transaction. I take pride in overcoming challenges, knowing that each obstacle has strengthened my skills and character. My journey hasn’t been easy, but I’ve learned valuable lessons about resilience and adaptability along the way. I want the world to know that my brand stands for excellence and trustworthiness, built on a foundation of hard work and dedication. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead to continue making a meaningful impact in the escrow industry.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Finally the bestie has time! I kid! We all know work happens and time gets lost. I’d ask if a road trip would be okay is so destination Texas Hill Country. Texas Hill Country is the perfect area to enjoy the beautiful parks that nature provides, the abundance of wineries and stores to look around. Live music always an option to conclude the activities for the much needed trip!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
As cliche as it sounds,

I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my mom. Her unwavering support and belief in me have been instrumental in my journey. She’s not just my mother but also my mentor, always guiding me with wisdom and encouragement. Her influence has shaped who I am today, and I’m incredibly grateful for her love and support.
