We had the good fortune of connecting with Aimee Cerka and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Aimee, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
We give 10 cents on every gross dollar that comes into the company to Operation Underground Railroad or O.U.R. a company that’s sole purpose is to fight child sex trafficking.
What should our readers know about your business?
We designed our business to help passionate go-getters master their money. The thing that I love and I’m most proud of with the company is that we’re real. We teach principles that work, in an authentic manner, we aren’t pinching pennies or working 80 hour work weeks. We’re taking the normal family to financial success. I know it works because we’ve lived it. We were on food stamps, receiving WIC, and my son was receiving disability through Social Security known as SSI. Going from that place to improving our net worth by over $136,000 is life-changing. I want you to know that it can happen for you. Maybe not overnight. It’s feasible, though. There will be ups and downs that are part of life but slowly the downs can be less down. The biggest turning point for most is debt payoff is not the ultimate goal, stop focusing on paying off debt. Find your net worth and focus on growing that every single month.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We love Mexican food – no surprise, I know. Top places to eat would be Los Vaqueros, Texas Roadhouse, Riskey’s Barbeque, and Las Haciendas. Make sure to get a Jamaican Cowboy when you visit Texas Roadhouse. I would definitely visit Dinosaur Valley State Park, Dealey Plaza, Fort Worth Zoo, Dallas Arboretum, Reunion Tower, and of course the Fort Worth Stockyards.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Support of my family and coaches
