We had the good fortune of connecting with Ginine Emily & Tracy Lee Smith and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ginine Emily & Tracy Lee, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
*”We transform stories into healing, voices into impact, and communities into places where people feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered.”*

At **Hearts In Sync Productions**, we believe stories have the power to heal, connect, and transform lives. Our mission is to amplify voices that inspire hope, resilience, purpose, and human connection. Through music, media, speaking, television, podcasting, storytelling, and community initiatives, we create platforms where people feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered.

We serve individuals and organizations by helping them turn adversity into purpose, strengthen relationships, improve workplace culture, foster emotional wellness, and create meaningful impact in their communities. Our work promotes compassion, understanding, mental wellness, personal growth, and authentic leadership.

Through **B.A.D.D.A.S.S. Lioness™**, we empower women to reclaim their voice, own their story, and step boldly into leadership, visibility, and purpose. We provide education, mentorship, community, and transformational experiences that help women move from self-doubt and survival into confidence, contribution, influence, and legacy.

Our initiatives support:

* Women’s empowerment and leadership development
* Personal growth and self-worth
* Mental and emotional wellness
* Recovery, resilience, and overcoming adversity
* Domestic violence awareness and survivor advocacy
* Community connection and belonging
* Storytelling as a tool for healing and transformation
* Encouraging purpose-driven entrepreneurship and leadership
* Intergenerational mentorship and support
* Creating positive ripple effects through service, encouragement, and hope

We are especially passionate about serving women who have experienced trauma, loss, setbacks, addiction, abuse, grief, or significant life transitions, helping them discover that their story is not their limitation—it can become their greatest source of impact.

Our vision is simple:

**When people listen, hearts are in sync. When hearts are in sync, lives change. When lives change, communities change.**

Through every stage, song, story, conversation, and connection, we strive to create a world where more people feel empowered to rise, roar, and use their voice to make a difference.

*”We transform stories into healing, voices into impact, and communities into places where people feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered.”*

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
At Hearts In Sync Productions, we believe stories have the power to heal, connect, transform, and change lives.

We are Tracy and Ginine Smith—husband-and-wife partners, co-founders, international bestselling authors, award-winning singer-songwriters, speakers, media personalities, and passionate advocates for helping people discover the power of their voice, story, and purpose.

Through music, television, podcasting, speaking, storytelling, coaching, and live events, we create experiences that inspire hope, courage, connection, and transformation. What sets us apart is that our work is built from lived experience—not theory. We haven’t simply studied resilience, reinvention, leadership, recovery, and overcoming adversity. We’ve lived it.

Our journey has been anything but easy.

Like many people, we’ve experienced seasons of loss, grief, trauma, health challenges, uncertainty, setbacks, and moments when we had no idea what the next chapter would hold. Yet those experiences became some of our greatest teachers. They shaped us, strengthened us, and ultimately became the foundation of our mission.

Professionally, our path has taken us through corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, recovery advocacy, coaching, media production, music, publishing, television, podcasting, and speaking. Along the way, we’ve become international bestselling authors, award-winning songwriters with music featured in television and film, hosts of a globally ranked podcast in the top 5% worldwide, and creators of a nationally acclaimed television show dedicated to stories of hope, leadership, and transformation.

We’ve been honored to share stages and conversations with Grammy-winning artists, bestselling authors, influential speakers, business leaders, and world-class changemakers. But if we’re being asked what we’re most proud of, it isn’t the awards, titles, books, songs, or stages.

It’s the lives we’ve impacted.

It’s the woman who finally found her voice.

It’s the leader who found renewed purpose.

It’s the person who realized their story wasn’t something to hide from—but something that could help others heal.

One of the lessons we’ve learned is that success is rarely a solo journey. Every meaningful opportunity in our lives has come through relationships, mentorship, community, and being willing to step into rooms that stretched our thinking and expanded our vision. We often say that your next breakthrough may be one conversation, one connection, or one room away.

We are especially passionate about helping people understand that reinvention is possible at any age. Much of what we have accomplished has happened after the age of 50. We are living proof that your best chapter doesn’t have to be behind you. Some of your greatest impact, influence, freedom, fulfillment, and legacy may still be ahead.

Today, through Hearts In Sync Productions, Story to Stage, and the B.A.D.D.A.S.S. Lioness™ movement, we help individuals transform their experiences into platforms for impact. We help people own their story, amplify their voice, step onto bigger stages, and create a legacy that extends far beyond themselves.

Our work has taken us across the United States and around the world, allowing us to collaborate with incredible people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. No matter where we go, we continue to discover the same truth: people are hungry for hope, connection, authenticity, and purpose.

What do we want the world to know about us?

That our brand isn’t really about us.

It’s about possibility.

It’s about helping people realize that their greatest challenges do not have to define them. That healing is possible. That purpose can emerge from pain. That every voice matters. And that the story you’ve lived may be the very thing someone else needs to hear.

One of our favorite mantras is simple:

**”When you own your story, you own your power.”**

We’ve learned firsthand that the very thing you once believed was your greatest weakness can become your greatest source of strength, impact, freedom, and legacy.

As happily married partners in life and business, we believe our greatest adventure is still unfolding. We remain committed to helping people rise, connect, heal, and create ripple effects of hope that change families, communities, and lives.

Because when people listen, hearts are in sync.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If our best friend were coming to visit for a week, we’d create an experience that’s a blend of music, culture, food, adventure, inspiration, and authentic connection—because that’s what we love most.

We’d start in the Northeast Dallas area, where we live. We’d grab coffee and breakfast, explore the beautiful parks and trails, and introduce them to some of the incredible entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders who make this community so special. We believe some of the best experiences aren’t just places—they’re conversations with fascinating people.

From there, we’d head to Austin. We’d spend time soaking in the city’s unique energy, live music scene, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. We’d explore local music venues, enjoy amazing food, walk around downtown, and experience why Austin has become such a magnet for dreamers, innovators, and artists.

Next stop: San Antonio. We’d spend time along the River Walk, explore the city’s rich history and culture, visit the Alamo, enjoy incredible Tex-Mex cuisine, and slow down long enough to appreciate the beauty, architecture, and deep heritage that make San Antonio so special.

Then we’d head to one of our favorite cities in America—Nashville. As songwriters and music lovers, Nashville feels like home. We’d spend our days exploring Music Row, discovering incredible singer-songwriters, listening to live music, and soaking in the creative energy that fills every corner of the city. We’d visit legendary venues, connect with artists, and enjoy the kind of spontaneous musical moments that only seem to happen in Nashville.

Throughout the week, we’d mix in some of our favorite things: great conversations, faith, laughter, meaningful meals, live music, inspiring people, and opportunities to create memories that last long after the trip ends.

But if there’s one thing we’d want our friend to experience most, it wouldn’t be a particular restaurant, landmark, or attraction.

It would be the people.

We’ve learned through our travels across the United States and around the world that the most extraordinary experiences often come from being in the right room with the right people. Some of the most meaningful opportunities in our lives came from a single conversation, introduction, or unexpected connection.

So our perfect week would include incredible cities, amazing food, and unforgettable experiences—but above all, it would be filled with people who inspire, encourage, challenge, and remind us what’s possible.

Because at the end of the day, that’s what we believe makes life extraordinary: meaningful connection, shared stories, and creating memories with people you love.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
If Tracy and I could dedicate a shoutout, it would be to the people who believed in us, encouraged us, challenged us, and helped us become who we are today.

First and foremost, we give thanks to God. Our journey hasn’t been a straight line. There have been seasons of loss, uncertainty, setbacks, reinvention, and moments when we had no idea what the next chapter would look like. Through it all, our faith has been our anchor and our guide.

We also want to recognize our family, friends, mentors, coaches, and the countless people who have poured wisdom, encouragement, and opportunity into our lives. We’ve learned that success is rarely a solo journey. Often, it’s one conversation, one introduction, one act of kindness, or one person willing to believe in you before you’re fully ready to believe in yourself.

As co-founders of **Hearts In Sync Productions** and the **B.A.D.D.A.S.S. Lioness** movement, we’ve seen firsthand the power of community. Some of the greatest opportunities in our lives have come from simply being in the right room, building genuine relationships, and surrounding ourselves with people who inspire us to think bigger and serve at a higher level.

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to the brave individuals who have shared their stories with us over the years—whether through recovery, personal transformation, leadership journeys, music, television, speaking, or coaching. Their courage continually reminds us why we do what we do. Every story matters. Every voice matters.

Most importantly, we want to recognize those who may feel unseen right now. The dreamers. The survivors. The quiet warriors. The people who are doing the hard work of rebuilding, healing, and becoming. You inspire us more than you know.

The truth is, none of us rise alone. Every stage we’ve stood on, every song we’ve written, every show we’ve produced, every book we’ve contributed to, and every life we’ve had the privilege to impact carries the fingerprints of people who helped us along the way.

One of our favorite lessons is this:
*”Your next breakthrough is often one relationship, one conversation, or one room away.”*

And for everyone who has been part of our journey—thank you for helping us turn purpose into impact, and impact into a legacy of hope.
