We had the good fortune of connecting with Tremaine Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tremaine, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Integrity is the principle that matters the most to me. I hold true to the philosophy that if you do right be people than right comes back around to you. Also i might fail in other areas but never will my integrity be called into questions.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
How did you get to where you are today professionally. First and foremost through prayer and constantly listening to the voice of God. Secondly, the need for training to assist those who are walking into Youth Ministry for the first or re-establishing ministries. I noticed that a lot of people where being placed in positions with no training and forced to just figure out how to lead ministries. There were organizations and networks out there for senior leadership in the church but nothing for auxiliaries. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? No it was not easy at all for two reasons, First reason, most people don’t understand the importance of training for Youth Ministry leadership training. Secondly, most people will be in need of help and will not ask for the help needed to succeed. What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way? To remain both prayerful and persistent. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story? That when you request training from Regeneration Ministries that you will get in depth, relevant, and insightful training that will keep your youth ministry engaged and exciting for many years to come. Finally that we don’t just do training in the classroom and leave but we are there for questions and consultations as needed.
