We had the good fortune of connecting with Lubna Ahmed and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lubna, how do you think about risk?
In reality, risk is an innate part of life, embedded in each and every moment of every day. Each of us must contend with this fact, For me & like most people, I’ve taken risks that have paid off and others that haven’t. This has given me a framework to view risk with some structure before jumping in head first. Managing risk, making risk work for you, is how you get ahead in life. I’ve always been a risk-taker. While I moved from “Customer service , Digital Marketing & then switched to coaching. So i think evaluating the priority of anything that could be considered as a risk may help in determining weather its something needed to be done now or in future . I’m able to fully commit to a risk after assessing all the pros and cons and then ultimately going with my gut.
Nothing is an absolute guarantee, however once you’re all in the guarantee is that you’ll learn something new, meet interesting people, and challenge yourself in ways never imagined.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m an online business coach , Im the founder and CEO of Digivizo – Digital marketing agency based in Dallas. . With my team we help and train coaches across the world to build and grow their businesses Online.
For me online marketing and helping others is not just a job…it’s a way of life and absolutely my passion. I do it because I truly care about seeing people get stronger, wealthy, trustable, and most importantly happier and more confident. I don’t just focus on creating digital products …I stress the importance of having a healthy relationship with the online world & my clients, solid understanding of teck & strategies, powerful and meaningful relationships, a positive mindset, and taking care of our business needs .
Being a trainer and coach isn’t easy because I can’t force people to want to change. I can’t do the work for them. I can guide them, support them, coach them, and encourage them…but ultimately it’s up to them to do the work. This is why it’s so important to build strong relationships with my clients so that they trust me and my ability to help them. They may not be super happy or excited to actually do the work at the time, but they certainly will feel better after.
Right now we’re in a time of rapid change and it’s so exciting to help people gain clarity around their obstacles and eliminate bottlenecks in business through shifting mindset and then changing the outcome of everything that’s done, both professionally and personally.
Many of my clients have said that when they have a few sessions or workshops with me it creates more results than any other training or even years in universities. My true talent lies in understanding human behavior and the ability to see, hear, and feel what so many others have missed. My motto is “speed to result” and that’s how we work. This is so important because it’s the result that makes a difference and motivates you to keep going.
Often people read these interviews and think this has been an easy journey where all the puzzle pieces neatly fit together. Well, after my graduation with a laser Bachelor degree I focused all of my energy to understand online marketing , worked for many organizations and small companies that shaped and improved my experience.. My entrepreneurial journey has been a long road filled with highs and lows and if you stay open to possibilities which are everywhere, that’s where you find the gems.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We will start at Wework located in west plano, a place to run my work from among many other entrepreneurs! But other than that, I would want to spend as much time outside as possible….exploring downtown Plano, hiking at Erwin Park, Experiencing the variety of Arabic food, the shops at Legacy West , Gaylord Texan Hotel & Dallas Malls & Museums!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband ..he always believed in me, trusted me, and supported my decisions about my business and professional career. Thanks to that, I have always been self-confident, knew what I wanted from the very beginning, and I never felt lost.
