We had the good fortune of connecting with Lauren Jackson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lauren, what life experience do think has had the biggest impact on you?
The biggest impact on my life has definitely been having children. I had my first daughter at 19. I essentially had to quickly grow up and raise this little human that relied solely on me. I decided that no matter what challenges lay ahead that I would continue to attend college and obtain my degree. A short three and a half years later I had my other daughter. They both have taught me many things along the way, such as the true meaning of unconditional love, patience SOOO MUCH patience and to be non – judgmental in all aspects of life. I believe being organized was the only thing that got me through working, attending school, soccer practices and sometimes sleep.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Organize PiNK is a Small Business serving Professional Super-moms. PiNK is an acronym that stands for Phenomenal Ideas w/ New Koncepts. I know women have Phenomenal Ideas and most already have the solutions (New Koncepts) to them however life gets in the way.

I created Organize PiNK to empower women to execute their life goals. I truly believe organization is the key ingredient of life. So, think Professional Organizer paired with a Career Coach. I walk mothers through how to organize their dream career and eliminate closet clutter, so they’re living a life of freedom – enjoying the fruits of their labor (literally) their kids and job!

As a professional woman and working mother, I saw a huge gap in women fulfilling their dreams both professionally and personally.

It can be a struggle managing family, life and work. I know because I am them!! Just imagine loving your job and having an organized closet!

As the Founder of Organize PiNK I have over 10 years of industry knowledge working in an HR corporate setting, recruiting talent, I know what is needed to get your resume through “the black hole” onto hiring managers desk, I know first hand interview tips, salary negotiations, what a eye catching resume looks like, anything related to landing your dream career/job. I also have endless amounts of experience organizing homes, travel, career, events and individual goals. The organizational systems I put in place is what is most exciting. I know that when people apply my processes that they will be successful in whatever it is they are working to accomplish!

Undoubtedly my husband first. From the moment I told him of my idea he was on board and supportive. He has helped me get my business off the ground. All my best friends are always so encouraging and positive. My family, my mom and dad just because your parents always believe in you :). Lastly my little leeches (my daughters), they encourage and believe in me so much! It truly takes a village!!
