We had the good fortune of connecting with Kiundrea Washington and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kiundrea, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I’m originally born and raised in Nashville Tennessee. My mother moved us to Dallas Texas when I was eight years old in 2004. Growing up in the south has taught me what it means to be a hard-working man, a good friend, How to enjoy the simple things in life. Which I do in extravagant and not-so-extravagant ways

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I got to where I am today due to being on punishment one time. I was told not to eat all the ice cream and I did and all I was left with what is a pencil and paper my skateboard a Music and my clothes. So that’s who I’ve become. Doing it professionally most definitely is a challenge but it’s possible. I’ve learned is to stay open and stay curious. If you love what you do, it will come natural steps. I am a reflection of those steps. My brain is not only about me but others as well a part of my journey. Everything I draw, make musically, and design clothing wise is an expression look what actually going on with me at the moment. I literally wear it on my sleeve. That’s the epitome of my branding.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well since I live in LA, first we start the day off at the beach skating at Dogtown (Venice Beach ,CA) . we hang out with the locals for a while and then get some burgers on the boardwalk, and then you have to top it off with the ice cream cookie. After watching the sunset , We’d heading to downtown to eat dinner at Le Grand restaurant. Or a food truck if it’s not open. We’d go shopping at Virgil Normal in East Hollywood, Go to the B 21 universe store in West Hollywood. So much to do!
