We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Mukendi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashley, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
The most important thing that was hard for me to do or trust while having my business that had to deal with life overall. when times or situations get hard don’t just drop everything and give up, the harder the situation is the better the outcome will come out to be. The number one thing until this day I say is, maybe your season or time will s not just yet, it’s all in God hands it’s Gods timing not yours !
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In my business I’m a based professional freelance photographer & Graphic Designer located in Dallas, Texas. My work will never ever disappoint my customers and the comments or reply’s I get from my customers is reply’s or comments I do not expect to here at all. As interning my sophomore year in college I figured out that my hidden talent was graphic designing a lot on iPads so I started my own business making graphic designs for people for 3 straight years and now at the end of 2021 year I decided to take graphic designing to the next level and pick up a camera for fun. But, little you know I fell in love of taking pictures and here I am going into 2022 and now earning my certificate of now being a professional photographer !
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I will take them to basketball games and play basketball a lot. Because myself I still play basketball in college while still having a photography/graphic designer business .
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I give me dedication and all my hardworking and paid hard times to God hands down.
