We had the good fortune of connecting with Xavier Caffee and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Xavier, what role has risk played in your life or career?
When I first started my business there wasn’t to much risk that I had to take besides investing in the business with my owning hoping and praying that things would turn out the right way. Eventually I got to the point where business was going extremely well in 2021 that I took the risk of quitting my job and going out on faith to make this my way of living. That was done in April of 2021. Since then every day is risk but I always choose to stay positive in the end and let God take control.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
One thing that sets my team and I apart is that we do our own thing and stay in our lane. There plenty of others in area with the same business but we don’t try and compete with them. Competing with them won’t help us. We focus on how we can grow our brand in different ways and be able give back to the customers at certain times. Soles Anonymous got where it is today by just constantly putting in the work and grinding each day and never giving up on a dream. No, it wasn’t easy but we can’t let small or big obstacles stop us from achieving our business goals. One major lesson that was learned was understanding when and where to invest. Our brand is constant growing each day, support us now before we come worldwide.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am currently located in the Arlington area, somethings to attend out here could be Texas Live and Arlington Highlands.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First, all thanks must be giving to God because without him none of this would be possible. Second, I would thank my family for all the support they have giving while on this journey of being my own boss. Third, I would like to thank my team who consist of Perry, Erik, and Jay. We all work and dedicated ourselves to growing this brand and being known all over the nation. Lastly, I want to thank our customers who helps us grow and trust us to take care of their sneaker needs. Having their supports means a lot and allows us to continue to reach our business goals.
