We had the good fortune of connecting with Tim Cameron and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tim, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind a successful brand starts with happiness. You must love what you do! I genuinely love bringing creative ideas to life. My love for it gives me the motivation to produce quality work consistently, which results in success for my brand.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m a creative… I turn small ideas into brands/businesses. I capture moments through my lens to last a lifetime. I approach every piece with the intent of making it as original as possible through design, photography, & visuals. It’s an exciting feeling knowing people trust me enough to produce something great for them. Everyday I’m mastering my craft & creating in abundance. Developing a consistent work routine has helped me with challenges such as finding balance. That routine allows me to be more productive & reliable when working with clients. My brand strives for reliability & creativity.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m somewhat a homebody; but some of my favorite places I’d choose to eat would include Social House, Nick & Sams, WannaEat Seafood, Daiquiri Depot Soul Food Grill, & food truck pop up shop Brunchaholics. For entertainment purposes I would check out an art show in support of other creatives here, open mic, or live music concert. On Sunday nights, LEVEL is the place to be in attendance when the Influencers Marketing Group is hosting.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Besides my supportive family & friends, the Fine Arts Instructors at my alma mater Arkansas State University deserves some credit. They really helped me discover my strengths as an artist, learn to take criticism, and develop the bravery to learn multiple art forms. All of those things have contributed to the type of artist I am today.
