We had the good fortune of connecting with Rathna Nuti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rathna, what advice would you give to someone who feels like they are facing insurmountable odds?
The best thing to do when facing insurmountable odds is to never give up. Reflect on the reason why you started this journey and stay focused on the end goal. The option of quitting is always easy, but taking some time away from the project is advisable. In this way, you can come back refreshed with a different perspective and tackle the problem from an innovative angle.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
SPORT Orthopedics & Rehabilitation is a premiere orthopedic practice providing advanced surgical and non-surgical treatments that help active people get back to doing what they love. I am excited to be part of this practice to bring innovative, compassionate, and comprehensive care for individuals to endure an active, healthy lifestyle. As with any business, it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get to where we are today and the path is never easy. We overcame challenges by focusing on our patients and how best to serve them. Along the way, our patients have taught us the most about what is important to them and we listened. We may be industry leaders, but we never forget what matters the most – our patients getting back the life that they love.
Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
If my best friend was visiting the area, I would take them to Klyde Warren Park in Dallas to enjoy the outdoors and food trucks. While there, we would venture out into the Arts District and spend some time at the Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center, and Crow Collection of Asian Art. I would also take them to The Star in Frisco to throw around a football on the green while watching whatever is playing on the big screen. Another night, spend some time at the Boardwalk at Granite Park in Plano relaxing outdoors and enjoying the vibe of the area. For shopping/food, I would recommend NorthPark, Galleria, Highland Park Village, West Village, Legacy West, or Firewheel Town Center as these places are unique to the Dallas area.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude to my mentors, family, and friends for their guidance and support in my endeavors.
