We had the good fortune of connecting with Raijon Geter and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Raijon, how do you think about risk?
I think of risk taking as an opportunity to trust God. Most times a risk is taken based on what we think is best rather than depending on the one who knows best.
Risk taking or stepping out on faith have played a very important role in my life and career. I remember when I had to leave behind a job that was a blessing in one season, in order to walk into another position in the next season of my life. It wasn’t easy but I knew I had to fully walk out of one door to experience what God had prepared at the next.
What should our readers know about your business?
Alonzo, historically, is defined as simply being ready or prepared for battle. Our focus is to provide preparation toward prosperity by boldly addressing the challenges of life and overcoming them together!
I’m most excited about the opportunity that individuals will have to love, support, & positively impact others by making a difference within themselves first! Founding a company to help others throughout life as I strive to grow in my own is not easy but with God I’m capable of doing much more than I ever could have alone.
Throughout life, let’s walk and talk together! In stride, we’ll lose what was for what’s better!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had a week to show a friend a great time I’d plan to have breakfast at Tenders, lunch at Flyin Fish, and dinner at a brazilian steak house or hibachi grill. For entertainment I’d go to Andrettis, Northpark or Galleria Mall, Top Golf, or a local escape room.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
All glory to God!
