We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachel Allmon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rachel, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
As a management group, our goal is to enrich individuals, organizations, and communities by providing sustainable financial and operation/logistic solutions in order to help them achieve, maintain, and grow. For example, if a local photographer needs a business model/plan to secure financing, or a local assembly requires financial management systems, or a local community group needs computer networking and marketing for their youth program. We provide support from the most basic level (ex. installation of equipment) through regular maintenance, monitoring, or management of initiatives or assets. Our services ensure that businesses operate ethically, sustainably, and responsibly.

In general, we provide paid services, but reserve at least 20% of donated services and resources to community groups such as youth entrepreneurs (Ages 21 or younger), single parents, and senior groups (Age 65+) to give them a fair and competitive advantage through technology education, creative writing, and career/professional development training.

C2M Management Consultants is a Human Resources and Logistics Management Professional Consulting Group specializing in Transportation and Logistics Management and Services.

In 2007, we began in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as a small administrative consulting service for non-profit organizations — mostly churches — hence, the original meaning of our name, Church Management Consultants (C2M). Over the past 15 years, our operations have expanded to reach organizations of all types, assisting them with operations, marketing, and human resources solutions with the same level of dedicated support as before.

In 2016, our firm relocated to Dallas Fort-Worth as an internet-based company only. Due to recent growth and demand, we are working to secure physical offices and a warehouse southwest of DFW.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
They would want to begin with a Trolley Tour through Uptown Dallas; segway through Downtown’s Thanksgiving Square, on to Klyde Warren Park.

Next, if they are foodie like me, head over to Deep Ellum, Trinity Grooves, and Bishop Arts for a plethora of delectable delights (eateries) and walkable scenery to burn off the calories.

Enjoy a bike ride on the Katy Trail or Trinity River Trail.

My late father, a pastor, philanthropist, and community leader, who inspired the dream and vision of C2M in 2007. 16 years later, we proudly personify our motto which is innovation, sustainability, and growth through equitable, kind, and supportive action. Of course, our partners, clients, and community are also reason for our success and continual growth.
