We had the good fortune of connecting with Marcella Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Marcella, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process was to create a platform that would not just help me to promote my brand but to help promote other Designer brands. And I wanted to do it in a way where it was not just entertainment, but so that we can actually showcase our collections before fashion buyers, shop owners and potential clients.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Ever since I was about ten years old I have been designing clothes and putting together events just like this… sorta.
It’s something that has always been with me as long as I can remember. Over the course of time I also have 18 years experience in real estate, Executive Administrative positions, even factory work and so much more. It’s something how all of this and work together for one distinct good- to help others to learn, grow and cultivate their talents all while developing leaders.
This journey to hosting fashion events to Showcase designer collections from all over the world was not a hard one but rather exciting. Now I am focusing on this 100% and have set aside real estate and other interests so that I can be in “my lane” where I am most needed at this time. I have learned trust God in this process I know where I’m called to be.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well you would absolutely enjoy the Entertainment District in Arlington Texas- where there is Texas Live, the Rangers Stadium the Cowboys Stadium and so much more. We would enjoy the great restaurants that surround us here in the DFW area; go shopping, kayaking and end the week on Sunday with a visit to my church.

First and foremost the credit goes to God because without him the talent, team nor vision would not be there to do it. I have a great team of people walk alongside me I helped make it happen. They are as follows:
