We had the good fortune of connecting with Kendal Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kendal, how do you think about risk?
Fortune favors the bold as the quote says. And this I have found to be true as well as what true success is which is life happiness and feeling fulfilled. These things only come from bold strokes in life. If we do not dare to thinkoutside of our own comfort zones then we are destined to live a mediocre life, to never fully love or feeled loved, to never feel accomplished and we will look at what we could have done with the years we were given and be over taken by guilt and shame at the end of our days because we all know at our core that we have greatness inside of us.
Those who fear risk, fear living. Fear loving. Fear witnessing themselves.
Those who run from risk are truly running from their authentic sleves and their full potential.
I have learned through my life as a mother of seven children and an entreprenuer sice I first stepped out into adulthood many years back that unless we are willing to step forward in faith (which can feel like risk to many) then we will never have happiness. You must have a compelling internal vision, you must have faith that you are a co-creator to your life and not a victim to it. Here is your power.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is all about people! Their success and happiness in work, love and life. I have spent years coaching people in multiple capacities from health and fitness to romance and communication, I have helped people develop and grow muti-six figure companies and been support for some pretty big game changing people of our world who work behind the scenes for large industies. My clients are the 1%ers.
My clients know that they have magic in them.
They know what they want and they get that it requires some minor internal course alterations to get them there.
Today my business is all of this but my focus is very much on FREEDOM, living unbound. Living authentically and true to core in work, love and life. I am a mentor/coach dedicated to midset training of my clients and the release of trauma and shame that holds so many of us back from our potential and happiness.
I am ost proud of my clients.
They make me smile every day. They are some of the most couragous of souls willing to share themselves in mentoring and taking the risks they need to create the results that they desire.
I most excited about the next decade. As wee move through the changes of our world I believe that opportunity is at an all time high for those willing to see it and take advanatge of how open our market truly is for those who want to build a legacy.
I got to where I am today in business by taking risks, by being willing to realize that if I want the life that I want that I AM THE ONE that has to transform to make it happen. The things that we want will never shrink themselves to meet us where we are today, we must grow and expand ourselves to become the person that hand have the life that we are wanting for. Each day I keep that in mind and strive to grow myself in all subjects I can.
Success is never easy, however the steps to it are simple.
Thoughts create our emotions, emotions create our acations and combines we create our reality of perception. If we can just realize that we are the creators of our reality because of this success can become simple.
I had to learn how to make how I feel the most important thing in my life. This is not to say my emotions but how I feel about what is presenting itself to me in my thoughts, emotions and physical world. I had to make how I feel more important than anything else and it is moment by moment task in truth. I fall down all the time, but I bounce back because of the skills that I have practiced in mindset training and emotional balancing.
The thing I would want the world to know about my business is that through KW Coaching you are offered an opportunity to learn who you truly are and how to access your power withsout all the trauma, shame and guilt that we tend to barry and ignore. I teach people the life giving skills to life unbound and free and to have authentic love, happiness and wellbeing.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am a west coast girl, born and raised in Northern california and lived in Seattle for a decade so when I got to Dallas I thought there was nothing here but desert and oil mills… lol boy was I wrong. In the last 12 years of living here Dallas has transformed and offers so much. When people come to visit me I alwasy jot down to the M Streets, grabbing whatever food and drink we may desire, I love the Old Monk for its unique flare and good ale. I would take them on the old street car to and bounce around the food trucks at Clyde warren Park, maybe dinner at Trinty Grove or have drink down that way at the Nylo city scape bar where you can see the city at night. No dallas sight seeing should miss Uptown and Oaklawn. A stroll along the Turtle Creek perhaps. I would take them to the Museum of Art, Perot and maybe down Dragon Street just for some cool exploration. I might say lets picnic out at Foundars Plaze one lunch and watch the planes come in or go ziplining in Plano at Go Ape. I would most certainly head north and tour the down towns of Mckinney and Frisco, grabbing wine on the square. Pop into Eight 11 in Frisco for an F-Bomb and head over to Radys Steak House for a nice meal. Take a walk in Arbor Hills Nature Preserve and grab hookah and lamb kababas at Turkish Cafe in Plano. Maybe breakfast at the Bisque Bar on the boardwalk in Plano.
Depending on the time of year I might suggest a local fair, or grabbing an all day adventire with Texas Winos Tours, or over to Bass Hall for a show, maybe Shakespeare at Addison Circle.
Over the last decade plus of living in this city, I must say, Dallas has a bunch of yummy opportunities and adventures. If you can think it it most likely is here.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
