We had the good fortune of connecting with Josiah Caleb and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Josiah, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
One of my habits is the ability to be consistent. There are days that I may not want to wake up and go work my business but because I have created a habit of being consistent, it pushes me to work my business no matter if Im tired or not.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am the owner of Calebs Meal Prep, located in Dallas, Tx. I have been providing meal prep service for a little over a year. The thing I am most proud of is that I get to impact peoples health by doing one of the things I love and that is cooking. Calebs Meal Prep started from me being on my weight loss journey, people wanted to know how I lost over 190 pounds. So from that point on i got my first client and business begin to build from there. Another exciting thing is that we decided to branch off into doing Taco Tuesdays and Pasta Fridays. So when you see the flyers post on social media you know its time to order.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Deep Ellum is one of the places that is very diverse and I love to go there for dates or just hanging out with friends. When it comes to eating or trying new foods Dallas Farmers Market is awesome. There are so many different vendors that you could meet and checkout some of there product.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
People Like Eric Thomas really inspired me to grind and that no matter what I had no room for excuses. Spiritual Leaders like Myles Monroe taught me how to take biblical principles into a physical world. One of the biggest shout out goes to my Mom she is one of my biggest supporters who has been there supporting since day one. i could not leave out my team of friends and family who is there through the ups and downs.
