We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeremiah Solomon and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jeremiah, how do you think about risk?
I see risks as opportunities and I could stand to take more of them. The lack there of may do more damage than good. I’m a very calculated decision maker, but as I grow older and gain more experience throughout the music industry I’m realizing that sometimes you’ve just gotta go for things and leave the rest up to God.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have hopes of changing the way the world views hip-hop. I like to say that I’m “Putting the love back into hip-hop”. At times that means going against a few norms and maybe even being ostracized. But it’s my hope that people will see my determination and be inspired to do the same.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
So many people have poured into my growth. My parents, siblings etc. More specifically to music though, my amazing mentor StevieMixx, owner of “II Elite Media Group” single-handedly equipped me with tons of knowledge that is allowed me to elevate my sound to heights I couldn’t have imagined.
