We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer LeBlanc and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jennifer, what do you attribute your success to?
I go above and beyond for my clients to make sure they have a positive home buying/selling experience. Client loyalty is hard to win and easy to lose. I work my business based on referrals so keeping my clients happy is a must. This is a relational business and I try to add as much value as I can.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Nothing worth having comes easy! I wanted to be a real estate agent since I was 12 years old when I shadowed our realtor. It has been a life long dream. I knew I would get here but I had no idea when or how. When I started I was a young mom with 3 little kiddos and a passion to accomplish big things. During my 18 years in the real estate business I have had the opportunity to help so many people with their real estate goals. It is an amazing feeling to be trusted to help people with the biggest sale or purchase of their lives. My business continues to grow and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. I’m excited to continue to add to my real estate family!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Our weekend plans in Fort Worth would include a trip to the stockyards, watch the longhorn cattle drive down exchange street, drink a margarita on the patio at Joe T’s, stop at Billy Bobs, have dinner at the Drover hotel after a walk through Mule Alley. Add a stop at the Side Saddle Saloon, rooftop cocktails at Attico overlooking downtown Fort Worth, hike or bike ride on the trinity river trail, stop at clearfork for some quick shopping, go to Rogers Roundhouse and have a delicious burger and a Pink Drink on the patio while listening to live music and take a ride on the Grapevine vintage railroad.
Then we would visit Dallas! We could go to AT&T stadium for a Cowboys game. Go to Dealy plaza, have a cocktail at Alice, go to the State fair and have a Fletchers corndog, go to Reunion tower and see the city from the skyline. The other restaurants we would go to are Catbird, XOXO dining room where everything is pink, The Charles and Javiers. On the way out of town we would stop at Hugos Invitados in Las Colinas for brunch.
And then when the trip is done and she decides she’s ready to move to Texas she can call me to help her find a new house in DFW!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family is very supportive of me and my business! My mom taught me how to work hard to get what you want in life. My husband picks up the slack at home when I’m busy and he has kept me from throwing my computer out the window multiple times. My kids are my why and they are my biggest cheerleaders! Austin, my oldest son has been with me through it all and is always willing to lend a helping hand. The twins were born the year I started my real estate business so they have always been part of the whirlwind. They are amazing! Kaylie helps me stay organized and on top of my social media. Dylan is always there with a smile to make me feel better when it gets stressful and he even helped me sell houses for one of his friend’s parents. Matthew, my youngest son always tells me how proud he is of me and keeps track of my production and challenges me to beat my own records. Sometimes its chaotic in our family but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
