We had the good fortune of connecting with Hannah Mitrea and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Hannah, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
We started Be Eminent to create a culture everyone was excited to wake up and work at! We say Be Eminent is all about culture and quality, but culture is first because, without a great culture, there would be no quality work.

What should our readers know about your business?
–We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others and what you are most proud of or excited about. —

What sets us apart is we build a plan around You and Your business. We are NOT trying to sell you our services. We are building services that get you to your goals. So many marketing agencies have standard packages that they try to sell and then try to make your business fit in that box. We don’t!

— How did you get to where you are today, business-wise? Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? —

Entrepreneurship is never easy! If it were, it would be easier to spell!

We got here through teamwork, culture, and putting people first beyond the work.

We overcame challenges through communication. Communication is key in business, whether business partners, employees or clients. Everyone is searching for clear communication.

— What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way? —

Don’t give up, and the money is in the follow-up! We have clients that it took us almost a year to close. We’ve also had prospects whom it took a year to agree to a phone call, so when you feel ready to quit, don’t because that could be when you were 1 email away.

— What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story? —

Be Bold, Be Visible, Be Eminent, Be YOU!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Day 1. Flight in, and we would just relax and get tacos from Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Day 2. Some shopping at the mall, then go to a Rangers Game (Maverick or Stars, depending on the season)
Day 3. Explore downtown fort worth/stockyards and have dinner at Rodeo Goat
Day 4. Start the day in South Dallas at Trinity Tree Tops Adventure Park ending the night at Pete’s Piano Bar
Day 5. Dallas Farmers Market during the day & Deep Ellum at night (Immersive games and Serious Pizza)
Day 6. Day trip to Denton to explore the shops
Day 7. End with Margaretta at Joe T. Garcias – Flight out

My Husband Pawan and our Clients! My husband stood by my dream and made it possible for me to pursue this crazy entrepreneurship journey.

Our clients because they took a chance on us, and I have some clients that have been with me for 3 years. When we are in an oversaturated industry with extreme competition but once we bring on a client, our goal is to help them grow through each stage of their business.
