Meet Kaleb Davis

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kaleb Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kaleb, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Initially I just wanted to share two of my favorite things lemonade and popcorn. I also wanted a lemonade stand it seemed like it would be fun.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m a youth entrepreneur. I stared my lemonade stand back I. 2021 shortly after relocating here from California .
What makes my lemonade so different is I use organic and fresh ingredients .
And the flavors are all good.
Currently I’m working different community events but eventually want to plant my feet at a stationary location so I can serve the community consistently and become a household name..

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would visit Mikes chicken, visit Deep Ellum and once back home have a cook out and serve my lemonade

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Yes, my family first as having an idea and bringing it to life as a young person can be overwhelming without the guidance and wisdom . My family played a role in helping bring my vision to life.
As for organizations I’d like to give a shout out to Homepoint . I serve lemonade and popcorn at their annual Christmas party to the recently housed families as a way of giving back. I am inspired every time I attend their events because the work they do for the community is awesome. I live the concept of giving back and hope that at some point I will be able to make a major impact myself.
