We had the good fortune of connecting with Emily Youree and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Emily, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Fort Worth Moms is committed to supporting mom throughout North Texas through encouragement, Neighbor Groups, events, original content, and more. We want every mom to know that she is not alone on this motherhood journey. Whether that means providing a list of solid indoor birthday party ideas or openly discussion postpartum depression, we want to serve and meet the needs of local moms, making motherhood easier each day.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Fort Worth Moms is a parenting multi-media company dedicate to supporting moms in North Texas through our website, original articles, Momfessions Podcast, Neighbor Groups, virtual and in-person events, targeted brand and businesses, and more.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Favorite mom spots — Fort Worth zoo, Trinity Park, Chisolm Trail skate park, Melt Ice Cream, Rogue Brick Builders Lounge, Funky Munky Shaved Ice Cowtown, Zoli’s, Roger’s Roundhouse, and Heim BBQ.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
City Mom Collective supports Fort Worth Moms in so many ways; we do this work together with them and dozens of other sites just like us across the country. These women inspire me to be better and do better.
