Meet Debria Seabrook | North Texas Realtor & Corporate America

We had the good fortune of connecting with Debria Seabrook and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Debria, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business as a realtor was to get my license, get with a great brokerage, find my niche which is First Time Homebuyers, and learn all I can about down-payment assistance programs. I wanted to become a Realtor to not only help my family but to be able to help people to manifest their dreams of becoming home owners.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
It has always been a dream for me to become a Realtor! As I stated before, I wanted to be able to help my family but to be able to help people buy and sell their homes. I remember when my husband and I purchased our first home. We felt anxious, nervous, scared, and defeated at times. I want to be able to take that part away from my clients and let them not only know that I am with them but feel that I am with them every step of the way! I want my brand to reflect service to my clients and trust that I can get the job done to make their property dream a reality!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would enjoy a wine tasting in Grapevine, TX, visit the Dallas Arboretum, walk the arts district in downtown Dallas, shop at Stonebriar Mall, enjoy a fantastic pork chop meal at Perry’s steakhouse in Frisco, Texas and wrap it all up by attending church service at One Community Church in Plano, Texas.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family is and has always been my inspiration and my motivation. They have supported me from beginning to end! I got my real estate license in the middle of my spouse being laid off, my father passing away, and one of my daughters getting seriously ill and now scheduled for a major surgery. In spite of all of that, my family has pushed me and has wrapped their arms around me and constantly reminds me that I can do it! Also, I couldn’t and won’t do anything without God! He has definitely been my strength.
