We had the good fortune of connecting with Cece Cardona and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cece, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Starting my business came naturally, it started with an idea that turned into a hobby and grew into what it is today. Now that i’ve ventured into the wedding and event industry it does take more thought, time and effort to continue to provide exceptional service and experience to all my couples.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
At Unveiled Floral, we are dedicated to creating unforgettable moments through artful floristry. Our designs are modern, romantic, and tailored to showcase creativity and attention to detail. We specialize in personalizing each piece to our couples, incorporating unique elements that reflect their vision and style.

I am excited to share the growth of my business in the past year which has led me to do a re-branding. Previously my business was know as ” Sweet Stems By Cece” in which i specialized in Korean wrapped bouquets and customized arrangements. I really loved and had a lot of fun creating arrangements that were out of the ordinary for my customers and i am excited to do that now on a grander scale in the wedding industry for my brides looking for modern design. Re- branding as ” Unveiled Floral” has really empowered my creativity and pushed me to be authentically me after trying to push through imposter syndrome. I’m thankful for my husband, friends and other floral creatives that inspire me to be the best i can be.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am not a Fort Worth native so i love taking my friends to all the local touristy areas so they get that taste of Texas. I will always take them to visit the Stockyards and make sure we go to a rodeo or at least catch the cattle drive. Going to 97 west and Attico is.a must! Ive always been amazed by the Texas skies since i moved here so being outdoors at a walking trail or the food truck yard helps my guest experience the texas sized clouds.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my husband and my closest friends ( they know who they are ) who have supported me and pushed me since my business was just a hobby. They’ve believed in my creativity and skill as a florist even when i go through my imposter syndrome phases. They are always my number one fans!
