We had the good fortune of connecting with Angie Allen and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Angie, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to provide small business owners with options outside of traditional marketing. The knowledge that I obtained while working for agencies inspired me to put my own creatives around digital marketing.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My career is in Analytical Data. I am able to provide a data driven approach to current and future clients. It’s the analytical skillset that sets me apart from my industry peers.
I would say, I am where I am today professionally because I’ve taken chances and beaten the odds. It wasn’t easy but it was well worth the late nights and the doors that were closed. I challenged those closed doors as opportunities instead of losses.
Along the way, I have learned to push forward and never stop learning. I’ve learned new ways to approach challenges that will build a foundation instead of liquidation.
I would like the world to know that ideas can flourish into a tangible business plan when you’re consistent with a plan of action.

My support system runs deep. I would like to thank my friend Latajah for investing in my business, whereas she provided the laptop that started 421M3DIA. A very special thanks to my first client, Wayne Washington owner of Famous the Barbershop in Addison, TX. He took a risk by entrusting me to create the digital marketing aspect of his business. By adding this key indicator to his business, he was able to reach a new height within the digital marketing realm. A sincere thank you to Mrs. Allen, my wife, who supports me and the business by jumping in to save the day as the business continues to grow. And last but not least, my supportive friends who consistently share our products and services across all social media platforms, and by word of mouth. You all are greatly appreciated.
