We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexis Moore and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alexis, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
To be successful I definitely had to develop and maintain clear habits. I learned and am sharing in hopes of inspiring others too.

Have a clear vision. As time passes it’ll be important to remember what was clearly set out from the beginning. In order to grow I had to authentically be myself and stay TRUE to my vision.

Stay focused. There’ll be many distractions along the way. There’s a certain amount of self discipline that I had to have internally in order to stay on track with external factors potentially affecting my outcome.

See the big picture. At times I noticed that it’s easy to focus in on the smaller issues but in doing so I risked missing sight of the big picture. Never lose sight of the big picture.

Compartmentalize. I made a habit of keeping everything in perspective & as needed in categories to manage my expectations in order to continue moving forward.

Create a work life balance. In prioritizing and setting boundaries I was able to keep both my business and personal life in order without sacrificing time with either.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When my best friends are in the area it’s never about where we are but more so as long as we’re together we’re guaranteed to have the best time ever. Since moving to the DFW metroplex eight years ago social media’s been most helpful with finding the hidden gems in the area.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to dedicate my shoutout to my village, without them there’d honestly be no me.
