Meet Paige McPherson | Disney Travel Planner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Paige McPherson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Paige, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I have always had a love for Disney! From going to Walt Disney World and Disneyland as a child, to going back as an adult, it has always held a special place in my heart. There is no magic like Disney magic! I tend to be a planner by nature, and after using my own resources to plan my trips, I thought what a great adventure it would be to be trained and help others plan and experience the happiest places on earth! I found M&M Magical Adventures and jumped into getting started in planning Disney Vacations!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
When looking to book any type of Disney vacation, it can seem overwhelming, add in that restrictions from Covid are being lifted daily, you might not know where to start. That’s where I come in. When you book through me, I offer 1 on 1 tailored vacation packages, personal experience as well as Disney trained, tips and itineraries and an all around stress free planning process! By nature I am a planner, but I think being a mom helps me think of those little details that might otherwise be overlooked. I think most people don’t realize that my services are free for them to use and you don’t pay anything additional to use me as your personal travel planner. Disney takes care of my fee, so that you don’t have too! I am a hardworking women who wants to set the best example. Having a love for Disney since I was a child, I know that with determination and encouragement you can make your dreams a reality.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love North Italia, in the heart of downtown Dallas. It has an amazing atmosphere inside and beautiful views of the Dallas skyline from the patio! It is a great place for all occasions, I have celebrated a few birthdays and anniversaries there! If you’re into pizza, Delucca gaucho pizza and wine is the place to go! You won’t find a menu, just a wide variety of unique hand crafted pizzas to try. It truly is an experience! And finally, to step outside of Dallas and into Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Stockyards is an experience worth seeing! In historic Fort Worth, you can see the cattle drive daily, live music and much more! Joe T Garcia’s has the absolute best Mexican food! With just a few options on the menu, you’re sure to get a delicious Tex mex experience, with the best margaritas!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I wouldn’t be a Disney Travel Planner without M&M Magical Adventures. I am also a firm believer and know I wouldn’t be where I am without God, I have prayed asking God to help open doors to allow me to be successful as a Disney Travel Planner. Having the support of my husband as well as my family has meant the world to me! Putting yourself out there can be intimidating but with their encouragement, it has made the process a little bit easier.
