We had the good fortune of connecting with Clavel Rotolo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Clavel, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
I truly value caring for others respectfully and selflessly. There are a variety of ways we care for others and not one person receives it the same. I feel when I am caring for anyone, my family or a stranger, that I will give 100% of myself to help you. There is not one situation that would exclude someone from receiving complete selfless respectful care. When people are coming to you for help with their health that is not a situation that should be taken lightly or arrogantly. I have devoted my life to training and equipping myself to help others feel their very best, so why would withholding be apart of that process in anyway. I value authenticity and generosity as would anyone receiving and seeking out care. Superiority is never welcome when we are in the business of serving people.

What should our readers know about your business?
Once I complete my schooling in 2024 I will be a practitioner of Homeopathy and will be able to help acute and chronic illnesses in anyone at all. Homeopathy is a complete form of medicine that treats on the principles of similars. Western medicine treats on the principles of differences ie: steroids for a rash versus with homeopathy we will find a natural substance from the earth that is similar to your rash like symptoms and that is your prescription. It is a gentle medicine that heals your body from the inside out. It is not suppressive and does not have side effects. I have been using it on my daughter and family religious for about 4 years now and I can’t go back. I used to work in an ER and thought I was going to be a doctor one day, but God had other plans.

I found Homeopathy along my midwifery journey but really took a deep dive when by daughter was born. I couldn’t find trusted ways to treat acute illnesses in my little one without having to resort to medications loaded with side effects and I didn’t feel comfortable with that being my only option.

It was not easy to decide to go back to school, pay all the money, divide my time put my family though a rigorous schedule, after praying on it for a year it was very clear I HAD TO DO IT! It has been an uphill battle re-training my mind on how to look at disease and how to begin working on a person with a different outlook on medicine but I AM OBSESSED, and to quote Ms. Sandra D “completely devoted” to it.

I hope you can take away that there are other ways to treat acute and chronic illness. If you have been feeling stuck or not helped or lost in your health seek out alternative care. Homeopathy has been around since the 1800’s and has had amazing statistical results with individualized care as well as during pandemics. Some of the first big pandemics historically Homeopathy surpassed the healing rates of western medicine ie: influenza, cholera, TB and more.

My job in any capacity is to bring healing to your total self not just one part of you, after all every part of you makes the whole you, so every part must be considered when it comes to complete healing.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I live in Valley View, Texas and it is full of open land and cattle. If my bestie were coming to hang with me for a week we would have a lot of fun places to hit in Gainesville and Denton.

The coffee shops we would have to hit would be:
1. Zera Coffee Co.
2. Jupiter house
3. West Oak Coffee & Co.

In case you can’t tell I love coffee. The best places to eat would have to be:
1. Loco Cafe
2. Sarahs in Gainesville
3. Pizza Snob
4. Jay Sushi
5. Thai Basil for their 5 flavored fish ( ohhhh this is what I ordered after the birth of my daughter)
6. Seven Mile Cafe
7. Barley & Board
8. Rusty Taco – for the margaritas of course.

What we would do could be a plethora of things, I have a mini homestead at my house and work is never in short supply. Feeding the chickens, collecting eggs, checking and working on the garden, pulling the harvest, working our back acre for hay. Once work is done, going for walks or hikes with the dogs, spend time outside just connected to the outdoors.

Exciting places to go to near me would be the lavender farm in Gainesville, the tulip farm in Aubrey, the Frank Buck Zoo in Gainesville, the Herd Museum in McKinney with animatronic dinosaurs,

I am a simple person who enjoys good company, a great meal made with love, intentional time and a good day of hard work.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are many people who have been integral to my journey. My husband who has been beyond supportive of my very hectic on call lifestyle. He is always willing to try my remedies and listens to my many rants of gaps in the healthcare system. I have a close knit group of mom’s in my life that have introduced me to Homeopathy and we stumbled around together healing our families and encouraging one another to deepen our studies. This mom’s group and my midwifery clients helped me to make the plunge and enroll in Homoepathic Practitioners school. I have always had a large desire to work with families and now I can, well in 3 more years. I am in my first year of school of four and I can’t wait to see who The Lord brings to me and what will happen in the years to come. Healing is a total body business not individualized parts. My whole community has really been a deep motivator along the way.
