Meet Christina Rogers | Event Planner & Owner of Yore Cosmetics

We had the good fortune of connecting with Christina Rogers and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christina, what’s your definition for success?
Success is when I dream so much about my future goals, the word “quit” doesn’t exist. I realized I became successful the day my clients walked away with a smile on their face.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I represent companies that I built from nothing. I started out with just a pen and paper 2 years ago and I went to work. My clients and customers trust me to full fill everything I promised in my brands and I don’t sleep well if their not satisfied. That’s what makes me unique, and lets just say I’ve been sleeping pretty well at night. Dedication and patience got me where I am today and I want the world to know that “Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally, it comes from what you do consistently.”

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’ve been in North Texas a year and everyday something different amazes me. First thing on my itinerary is to go to the AT&T Stadium and watch a great Dallas Cowboy game. Of course I would have dinner at The Keg in Fort Worth, Texas. They have some amazing Creme Brulee. You can’t come here without touring the city at night! The Skyline is breath taking. I can’t forget the best and affordable caterer in the DFW area. “Lets Eat Catering Services” are the best caterer to have a night in, an event, or throw a summer pool party with all of your friends and family. The chicken wings are great!!!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to first and foremost give a huge shoutout to my supporters. Without you all, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Also, family and friends who have believed in me and guided me through this journey!! Lastly, I would like to thank Dallas/Fort Worth for welcoming a country girl with city dreams in your hometown.
