Hi Jasmin, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is the genuine love, passion, and intention I pour into every arrangement I create. My work is driven by a deep desire to bring happiness to others, which is why each piece is crafted with care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail. I truly believe that when something is made with love and good intentions, it resonates with people on a deeper level. Customers often share how their arrangements last for weeks, and to me, this longevity reflects the dedication, energy, and purity behind my creations.

As the saying goes, ‘Todo te sale bien cuando lo haces con buenas intenciones,’ meaning, ‘Everything works out well when you do it with good intentions.’ This principle guides every aspect of my work and my brand. I don’t approach this business purely for financial gain; I do it because it’s something I am deeply passionate about. Each arrangement is not just a product but a personal expression of creativity and care.

In addition to creating beautiful arrangements, I strive to cultivate an environment where my customers feel completely comfortable. I want them to know they can come to me with any questions or concerns and that I’m here not just as a business owner but as a person who genuinely cares. Building trust and fostering a connection with my customers is incredibly important to me. I want every interaction to feel personal, supportive, and meaningful, so they know they’re not just purchasing a product—they’re forming a relationship with someone who values their happiness.

What sets my brand apart is this authenticity and commitment to making every customer feel seen and appreciated. Knowing that something I’ve made has brightened someone’s day or brought a smile to their face is the ultimate reward. Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Let me begin by sharing my career aspirations. I have many goals ahead, and I am genuinely excited to accomplish each of them, as I’ve carefully planned my journey. I am currently nearing graduation in the field of architecture, which has been a lifelong dream of mine. Architecture excites me because it is a field where women are underrepresented, and I am proud to be part of this progress. Being involved in projects, contributing ideas, and seeing them come to life is incredibly fulfilling.

In addition to architecture, I am also pursuing a degree in construction management. This dual path will allow me to be actively involved in the field, making decisions and driving changes where necessary. As a woman entering fields traditionally dominated by men, I take great pride in proving that women can achieve anything we set our minds to.

Beyond my academic and professional goals, I am also working on establishing a business in floral design. This shop is a passion project that brings me peace and allows me to express a different side of who I am. Flowers hold a deep personal meaning for me, and I am excited to share that with others through my business.

However what sets me apart is my unwavering determination to succeed in diverse and challenging fields while staying true to my values and passions. As a woman pursuing architecture and construction management, I bring a unique perspective to industries traditionally dominated by men, driven by my commitment to breaking barriers and inspiring others. My ability to balance technical expertise with creativity is further reflected in my passion for floral design, where I channel my love for beauty and detail into building a business that resonates with my personal values. Resilience has been a cornerstone of my journey—overcoming challenges with grace, learning from setbacks, and using those experiences to grow. My ability to combine ambition, adaptability, and creativity is what truly sets me apart.

I won’t deny that my journey has had its challenges. For example, 2024 was an especially difficult year for me. Life presented me with numerous obstacles, and I fell behind in some areas, even delaying my progress by a year. However, I emerged from that period stronger—mentally, physically, and emotionally. The experience shaped me into the woman I am today.

Now, I am on the right path, with unwavering trust in God and a renewed determination to succeed. Life’s challenges are like bumps in the road: they may slow you down, but they also teach valuable lessons. It’s okay to cry, to feel defeated, or to think you’re not making progress. What matters is rising again, reflecting on how far you’ve come, and continuing to move forward.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting Dallas for a week, I’d make sure they experience the best of the city, from its vibrant culture to its delicious food scene. Here’s an itinerary for an unforgettable trip:

Day 1: Welcome to Dallas
Start with brunch at The Rustic, where you can enjoy live music and southern comfort food on their spacious patio. Afterward, take a stroll through Klyde Warren Park, a beautiful urban park with food trucks, games, and green spaces. In the evening, head to Deep Ellum to check out the lively arts and music scene, followed by dinner at Pecan Lodge, known for some of the best BBQ in the country.

Day 2: History and Culture
Visit the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza to learn about JFK and Dallas’ rich history. Then, head to the Dallas Museum of Art for a cultural experience, followed by lunch at The Joule, a sleek hotel with a fantastic rooftop bar. In the evening, go to Bishop Arts District, where you’ll find unique shops, restaurants, and bars. Dinner at Casa Rubia will give you a taste of modern Spanish tapas in a chic setting.

Day 3: Nature and Views
Spend the morning exploring the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, a tranquil place with stunning views of White Rock Lake. For lunch, head to Lakewood’s The Greenhouse for fresh, farm-to-table fare. In the afternoon, visit the Perot Museum of Nature and Science—it’s a fascinating stop for interactive exhibits. Afterward, let’s head to Trinity Groves for lunch at Lumi’s for fusion Asian cuisine. Spend the afternoon relaxing at The Katy Trail, a scenic spot perfect for walking or biking. End the trip with a final dinner at Stephan Pyles—a memorable, modern take on Texas cuisine.

This itinerary captures the diverse aspects of Dallas, from its rich history and culture to its lively entertainment and food scenes. It’s a perfect mix of activities that will make my friend’s trip exciting, fun, and unforgettable!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The person who has inspired me the most is my mom. She has always been a pillar of strength, resilience, and unconditional love in my life. Watching her navigate challenges with grace and determination has taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and believing in myself. My mom’s ability to balance so many responsibilities while still showing up for her family with unwavering support inspires me every day. She has instilled in me the confidence to pursue my dreams, even in fields where women are underrepresented, and to embrace every challenge as an opportunity to grow. Her example reminds me that with courage and dedication, anything is possible, and I strive to carry those lessons forward in everything I do.
