We had the good fortune of connecting with Courtney Lynn Taylor and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Courtney Lynn, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is undoubtedly my unwavering determination to provide a comfortable life for my three children, McKinleigh, McKenna, and Kyler. As a single mother, my days are often filled with stress and challenges, but the deep bond and love I share with my children drive me to strive for greatness every single day.

My journey has been marked by moments of incredible difficulty, but also by a profound resilience. I want to show my children what strength looks like, even in the face of great adversity. They are my motivation, my inspiration, and my greatest supporters. Their belief in me fuels my ambition and keeps me moving forward, no matter how tough the road gets.

In the midst of juggling my responsibilities as the sole income earner, my daughters often joke about how much they want me to get married. I share that desire for companionship and partnership, but for now, my focus is on giving them the best life I can. Their laughter and dreams remind me daily of why I push myself to excel.

Ultimately, it’s the relationship with my children that propels me to achieve my best. They are my reason for everything I do, and I am committed to demonstrating that with determination and love, we can overcome any obstacle. Their future is my greatest priority, and through my work, I hope to inspire them to believe in their own strength and resilience.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m thrilled to share a bit about my career journey with you. Buckle up because it’s been quite the adventure!

What sets me apart? Besides being a dedicated realtor who genuinely cares about my clients, I’m a single mother of three amazing kids. My three-month-old son even comes with me everywhere, making my journey even more unique and exciting! Whether it’s an open house, showing, or closing, my sweet Kyler is likely there every step of the way with the cutest smile. I’m also a girls’ girl, so I thoroughly enjoy networking and meeting other incredible women doing awesome things within the community.

As a realtor, my passion is helping people find their dream homes and accomplish their real estate goals. There’s nothing like seeing the joy on a client’s face when they realize they’ve found the perfect place. I ensure each client feels seen, heard, and fully supported from the first consultation to closing the deal.

Getting here wasn’t a straight path. Balancing my career with motherhood, especially as a single mom, means I’m often pulled in a hundred different directions. However, each challenge has only fueled my determination to succeed and provide the best service possible.

One key lesson I’ve learned is the importance of staying true to yourself and your vision. I am me, girly, professional, fun, and ready for a dance party at any time! Authenticity sets you apart in real estate, where every client and home is unique. Trusting your gut and being confident in your perspective is invaluable.

So, what do I want the world to know about me and my story? I’m passionate, driven, and always up for a new challenge. My brand is about personalized, attentive service in the real estate market, making a positive impact in people’s lives. Even though my life is wonderfully hectic, it’s shaped me into the person and professional I am today.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh man! This question here is my jam!! I call my self a city explorer so I can prepare a week of fun for sure! I’ll put my favs in a list format:

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My tribe runs deep. I am so thankful to those in my circle that continue to push and motivate me onward. There are too many to name and I don’t want to risk leaving out anyone, but you know who you are and I THANK YOU! I want to get a special shout out to Jen Sincero. Although I don’t know her personally, her book plays one of the biggest roles in bettering my life. “You are a Badass: How to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life” was instrumental in helping me overcome depression.
