We define success by the success of the people that we work for and that work with us. Our employees happiness and success is important to us and our own success. They are the backbone of our business and the frontline to the company. And without their strength and happiness the backbone of the company is not as strong as it could be. Similarly we are there to support the success of other companies within the technological side of their business. My idea of success is how YOU truly define yours. No not all the money, not the material things, not titles. Just hard freaking work. The hussle, the long days, the brutal nights and weekends. I remember being turned down at interview after interview. Family and friends rolling their eyes if I say one more thing about work. Wanting to have others come from all over to choose me to put hands on them is so my idea of happiness and success. Its that feeling of stopping and thinking dang T, you are where you finally always wanted to be. I define success as an instruments to measure efforts. If you give your all and do your best, then success will be inevitable. Success should look different to each individual. To me, it’s not about bank accounts, titles, or handshakes. It doesn’t have to come with a red bow, or fancy wrapping paper.
