Meet Tiffany Alexander | Founder of Legally Aligned Staffing Solutions, LLC

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Alexander and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I have worked as a paralegal for over 10 years. During my tenure, I have worked with attorneys and firms that were having a difficult time securing and retaining legal support staff that fit the needs of the firm. Considering that I have worked in these different positions with an array of attorneys all with different personalities and cultural backgrounds, I feel that I am able to gauge the attorney & the firm and provide the perfect candidate for their needs using my paralegal expertise and training.

What should our readers know about your business?
Legally Aligned Staffing Solutions was birthed from the passion I have for the legal community coupled with my desire to become a minority-woman business owner. I yearned to find the entrepreneurial path that was designed for me and I needed to know what my success story would look like. I went to God in fasting and prayer and He revealed to me that I should take my passion and desires and align it with my purpose. I did just that. I am super excited to work with the legal community here in the DFW area. As a former paralegal, I know what the role entails, what the attorneys expect and I know exactly what the paralegal expects from his or her new career. I take all of that information and I provide the perfect candidate to the attorney or firm and the perfect career for the candidate. Knowing that I can assist with the effectiveness of a firm gives me great pleasure! It was by far an easy transition for me. Mostly in the area of walking away from a career that I have given my all to for years and walking into the world of recruitment and staffing which I had to learn all about. I’ve overcome the challenges by simply reading and researching the recruitment industry and the gap that I am intended to fill. I have learned to let go of my limiting beliefs, continue to educate myself to stay on top of the industry’s needs and always remember that my business is deserving of the efforts and commitments that I have given my past employers times ten! Legally Aligned Staffing Solutions takes great pride in building special relationships with each client in a way that we become the primary staffing solution for legal community in the DFW are. We sincerely listen to the career goals of our candidates, understand where they are in life professionally and place them with the firm that will allow them to achieve those goals.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
This is a very interesting question for me to answer. I am native of Louisiana and have not been in Dallas long enough to enjoy the benefits of the city! I look forward to getting out more, as much as COVID19 will allow, and networking and enjoying all what the city has to offer.

Honestly, my family motivated me to get to the place that I am today. I am truly grateful for them. The drive that I have to become successful in my business comes from the support and motivation I receive from my them!
