We had the good fortune of connecting with Syreeta Hollins and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Syreeta, what do you attribute your success to?
I Believe the Success behind my Brand, comes from being a person that Driven by Goals, and not being afraid to Fail. a lot of people miss out on being successful, because they are afraid of Failure, the biggest thing with me is that I’ve tried several different occupations, until I found one that has truly made me happy. My current Goal is to perfect my craft, and share my success with those around me , from my Family to my Friends. I hope one day in the near future, to expand and become a bigger brand, and offer several locations for people to enjoy, and feel like they have to come back. I treat all my clients as if it was me myself getting work done, because I would want someone to give me that same energy, so I strive for perfection each time a client books an appointment. These factors above, are what I believe is the reason for the success of my Brand.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As stated earlier I really was undecided about what occupation was for me, I went from cake decorating, to medical coding, to boutique owner, to interior decorator. All these jobs were fun, but I just felt they weren’t what I really wanted to do. I started looking into dental assistant, and other things. When I stumbled upon esthetician, which offered several things that I enjoyed, from teeth whitening, to eyelashes and body sculpting. I was instantly drawn in, the only setback to that, was going back to school, after graduating such a long time ago. But I was determined, and pushed myself. I even Graduated 2 months early, and that’s when my journey began. I started off at several small shops, and now I most recently opened my new multi room office suite, with one of my best friends. This is my story so far the rest is still to be written.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I really would probably take them to my favorite Sushi spot Sushi Axiom, in Downtown Fort Worth, and then we would probably roam around and hit a few of the small bars in the Fort Worth Stock yards. Probably the next day we may enjoy some shopping in Dallas at the Galleria Mall, and even stop by Aunt Irene’s and grab some Jamaican food. finally we probably would hit up the house of blues or one of the local spots around the area. But before she leaves I would bring her by the job, and let her get a service of her choice.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Husband is my biggest supporter , and motivator there is never a time he has told me no to a big idea. He just looks at me and says, let’s see how it turns out and if it works, we keep it going, but if not oh we’ll at least we’ gave it a shot. Also my kids, because the ultimate goal is to make this brand as successful as possible, and hand over the keys to them one day, if they want them. I believe success trickles downhill, and with kids being the sponges they are, they will see what hard work, and determination is, and are most likely to follow in your footsteps
