We had the good fortune of connecting with Sonializ Rosario and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sonializ, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my own buisness was wanting to find a way to blend my creative and organizational skills to serve other entrepreneurs in an inspirational way.

My “Why” is to help other young women of color and young mothers to see the skills that they already possess, & package it to make their own streams of income. I want them to truly see their value and see that living a life of simplicity and ease is possible.

In my mind the only difference between the wealthy and the poor is ignorance. Not too many of us are taught that we can actually learn to be financially free and that it doesn’t always just happen for people.

I grew up with the traditional view that working harder gets you more money, but that is simply not true. Being passive and hoping wealth just falls on our lap isn’t it either.

Building my own Creative Virtual Assistance Agency, allowed to me to see how possible it can be to enter a place of abundance.

I am the owner and founder of Ertistree Virtual Assistance Agency, we help women entrepreneurs and buisness owners to scale their businesses by providing, administrative and creative services. I later aspire to become a Business Coach for young aspiring entrepreneurs.

What should our readers know about your business?
A little bit more about Ertistree VA Agency, this virtual assistance buisness is different from others because we promote working from a place of rest. We do not ascribe to the hustle mentality and we believe that getting work done with excellence requires it to be done from a holistic place.

Im most excited about this buisness growing without me, as I enter into the point of life where I become a buisness coach, who pours out into young aspiring women entrepreneurs.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The best spots for chatting and having a work date in Dallas, has to be the coffee shops. My favorite spot has been ascension coffee in Addison.

A Saturday night with Come Free Collective is always a great place to connect with other creative and Music Artists who are believers, located in downtown Dallas.

Get some exclusive feeling dinner at RH dallas, soley for the aesthetics.

& Lastly, end it off with some ice cream from Creamistry or cookies from Crumbl cookies !

There are so many other places to visit and so many things to do! It really just depends on the mood for that day.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to shoutout an amazing group of buisness owners, and my mentor Saba “The In demand VA” for helping me along this journey !

I would also like to shout out my buisness coach Tiphani Montgomery and the supportive cousins from KEU!

Lastly I would like to give all the glory to God who is the CEO of my company!
