We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachel Greve and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rachel, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
I believe my business contributes to the world by helping humans experience a better quality of life through fitness and nutrition. I teach people how to eat better and get stronger through proper nutrition and strength training techniques. I’ve seen people completely transform and confidence skyrocket.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
i provide individual personal training and nutrition coaching services in person and online. I pride myself on the relationships I build with all my clients. It’s important to me that each individual goes through a transformation while in my program and leaves with results and knowledge that they can take with them forever.
I believe i’ve gotten where i am today by first and foremost never giving up. It’s not easy building a business, it requires a lot of hard work and continuous learning not only in my particular field but also in terms of running a business. I’m always learning how to provide better service and get people better results.
My wish is for everyone especially women and girls to experience training with weights and all the benefits that come with it as well as how to eat sustainably for health and longevity.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
i would take them up to white rock lake to ride bikes or maybe go hiking up at northshore trail followed by brunch at seven mile cafe,
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Kevin Morris – my very first trainer and where I caught the weightlifting bug.
Adam Hammett – Trainer and Business Owner that helped me alot with opportunities with clients as well as a space to train when I was getting started training professionally on my own.
Ryan Greve – my Brother and biggest supported from the start as I’ve built my business.
