We had the good fortune of connecting with Noah Barnes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Noah, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
I define success by always doing your best at whatever you do in life. you always need to give 100%. I live by the rule I have made for myself that is always go hard, stay strong, and always believe in yourself. if you truly want something in life go for it. I have played football since the 5th grade, ive played many positions, but this one coach (coach Long) saw something in me at quarterback, so ive been doing that all summer long I have been invited to numerous camps throughout the summer many college coaches watching me at these camps, my stats was pretty good for a 14 year old freshmen. I was chosen for Top Gun best in the nation and got a trip to Florida for 5 days where I worked everyday at quarterback and learned a lot. I have been invited to the All American International bowl game, the Military bowl game, the bowl game in Georgia, as I look back on my success I think about the times I was so tired and didn’t think I could do it anymore but the only person that can do my success story is myself if you want it you got to go and get it. if you have a dream make it a reality. I cant thank god enough for giving me the opportunities to help with my success and my mom for always getting me wherever I needed to be. my dad for always being on stand by if I need anything and my sister for always pushing me to be better. to the coach that saw something in me and not just a name I owe you big time.. im thankful for the opportuntites to better myself and achieve my goals my future is bright as long as I keep believing in myself and working hard NEVER GIVE UP keep pushing yourself to be better there’s always someone better than you so make every play like its your last and shoot for the stars . you are your own success story what you make out of your life is on you. always make good choices and keep your circle of friends small. dont let anyone pray on your downfall. if you get down look up pray and dust yourself off and go for it dont settle for mediocre go for the stars.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m a student but I have overcome some challenges to get where I am today. I have learned that not everyone wants you to be successful in life and that favoritism is a huge deal most athletes have to overcome. I just want everyone to know that I’m a very friendly outgoing person I will try to help anyone I can. I like to volunteer at the local ministry. I like to go to the movies, gym, and family time.
I have been giving the opportunities to go to recruiting visits at numerous colleges like Auburn, LSU, Georgia, Oklahoma, OSU, Lyons, NSU, Arkansas state and the Arkansas Razorbacks. if given the opportunity I’m going to make the best of it and give it my all.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
