Hi Neiman, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting Surrealty Locating was a pretty simple concept. As a consumer, I noticed the major pain point associated with finding an Apartment. My goal was to create a Full Service approach to finding the perfect space to call home. In addition to our services being complimentary, our agents are here to guide you through the entire process, scheduling tours, setting up your utilities, renters insurance and even assisting with getting your apartment furnished.

What should our readers know about your business?
Surrealty is a Full Services real estate brokerage located in Frisco, Texas. Surrealty sets itself apart from the competition through a unique blend of personalized service, industry expertise, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. In essence, Surrealty Locating stands out by prioritizing the unique needs of each client, leveraging their expertise to navigate the real estate landscape, embracing technology to enhance the search process, and delivering excellence at every step of the journey.

I am most proud of our team of rockstar agents. Creating a safe space and company culture that allows for growth, advancement and professional development is always at the forefront.

I look forward to the expansion and growth expected throughout 2024. We are now operating in the 3 major markets here in Texas.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Day 1: Arrival and Exploration: Enjoy dinner and drinks at Trinity Groves, a food and entertainment complex with a variety of dining options.

Day 2: Visit the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, dedicated to the life and legacy of President John F. Kennedy.

Day 3: Start your day with breakfast at Jonathon’s Oak Cliff, a cozy spot with southern-inspired dishes.

Day 4: Shop till you drop at NorthPark Center, a premier shopping destination with luxury brands and unique boutiques.

Final Day: Spend the day relaxing and pampering yourselves at a local spa or wellness center followed by a leisurely dinner at Mi Cocina for delicious Tex-Mex cuisine and margaritas.
