We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalie Nichole and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalie, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
My approach to work-life balance has evolved over time. I’ve become increasingly intentional about how I manage my projects, ensuring that I protect my mental and physical health while also balancing my home life. Balance is everything and keeps me moving forward in a healthy manor without overdoing it.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart is my relentless work ethic. My drive is unmatched—I approach challenges with a machine-like focus, constantly finding the most effective ways to move forward and achieve my goals. I’m particularly proud of my ability to process information and apply it strategically to advance my career.

Looking ahead to 2025, I’m excited because I’ve been preparing for this moment since the summer of 2024. I took a step back, literally moved into a new place, and mapped out the next four years, particularly in terms of music releases. I’m not sure people fully grasp just how hard I work. I’m all about evolving, consistently improving on what I’ve done before in a cost-efficient yet quality-driven way.

Reaching this point required built-in discipline, something I believe can’t be taught. You have to genuinely want it—want your freedom, want to be creative, and want to be smart in business. It’s never easy, and overcoming challenges is always a choice. You have to stay grounded, stand firm, and never give up. Fight for what you believe in, even when others say it’s unrealistic—there’s always a way.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is to just go for it. Don’t listen to naysayers; gather valid information and execute your plan. No one is going to help or save you—you have to put in the extra effort. I want the world to know that I’ve worked hard for everything I’ve achieved. I did the things other artists overlooked or weren’t willing to do. I’m a conqueror.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d take my bestie to some of my favorite spots, like water parks at NRH20, Galleria Mall, and Grandscape, along with a few of the nice parks I enjoy. Honestly, those places alone offer plenty of entertainment. With so much to do in Dallas, we’d never run out of things to dive into.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Honestly, the list of people who have contributed to my growth as a businesswoman, music artist, and creative is endless. To name just a few, I have to first thank God, my mother, TyRay Johnson, my fans (#DoveNation), DDiltz Productions, DJ T NYCE, BJ Dat DJ & my extended Waco family, DJ Calvin Da Coordinator, and many others. I also want to acknowledge those who doubted or hated—they only motivated us to be greater!
