We had the good fortune of connecting with Mone Fannin and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mone, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The more You believe in yourself, the less you Need others to.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I started my cleaning business almost 2 years ago. Since then, running my business has been one of the Best and most fun experiences of my life. But along with the success, more time & celebratory high-fives have also come tears, doubts, frustration & lessons learned. I feel very grounded where Im at currently & I have a very clear vision of where I intend to go. Being a Full time entrepreneur is nowhere near easy, however it’s rewarding. Its like watering a sunflower & actually watching it grow & bloom. Anytime I feel lack of motivation or overwhelmed I tell myself “Stay focused & Keep Going”. One lesson that I learned is CELEBRATE YOUR SUCCESS.. even the small wins matter. Clap for yourself, tell yourself that you are Proud because it is not easy regardless to what social media portrays .I want everyone to look forward to seeing Maid By Luna all over the US.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would say of course we would start of with brunch & mimosas! This place called Eso Mimosa in Arlington is really good so we would start there. Then downtown Dallas to a museum & after a picnic at White rock lake. Visit the Dallas Arboretum, have dinner to finish off the night!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a major shout out to all of my friends & family that believed in me.
