We had the good fortune of connecting with LILY Rojas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi LILY, do you have a budget?
the economic stability of my family, having a job that gave me time for my daughters and being able to help immigrants with a stable job and decent pay

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We are a commercial and residential cleaning company that has a long history in the cleaning industry, we decided to officially establish the company in January 2022 in order to have access to more clients and for the company to grow, our plus compared to other cleaning companies is the excellent service provided by staff with experience not only in cleaning but in understanding the needs of each of our clients, managing to satisfy their needs and making their spaces not only clean but welcoming. What excites me the most is when I get the people who work for Alobien to bring a livelihood to their homes and feel that you contribute a grain of sand for their stability.
Really getting to this point has not been easy, this industry has a lot of competition and you definitely have to offer something more than what others offer to make a difference and reach the customer, in addition to fighting every day to stay within the industry. Definitely the family is the most important support to overcome any challenge with the union goals are achieved.
My biggest lesson learned in this process of running my company is “that you can never give up and that a NO today can be a thousand YES tomorrow, but you have to work”
I want the world to know that Alobien Cleaning Service is a family business that works every day to give immigrants the opportunity to have a job and fair pay in the cleaning industry.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well, I don’t really consider myself a good hostess, but I think this would be my itinerary in West Palm Beach, which is the city where I live. The restaurants we would visit would be:

– el atico – comida colombiana
– saitos – hibachi
– Bravo peruvian – comida peruana
– frist watch – desayunos
– Calaveras restaurante – comida mexicana
– namu – comida coreana
– El palacio del mofongo – comida puerto riquena

places to visit:

– Dowtown de Palm Beach
– eL Zoo de Palm Beach
– Sawgrass Mall
– Los Everglades
– Las playas de Palm Beach
– lion country safari

places to party;

– banko cantina
– la fonda sport bar
– martini blue
– myers lounge

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I dedicate this achievement first to all those who have trusted our services and have given us the opportunity to enter their companies and their homes, and personally to my daughters Alison and Sofia, my best friend Carolina and Daniel G, my best friend. of my daughter who from day one that we started with this project have been present supporting me
