We had the good fortune of connecting with Jazmin Walker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jazmin, what principle do you value most?
The most important principle in my personal and professional life is integrity. Often times doing what’s morally correct means taking no shortcuts, a longer road, could even be more tedious. But the beauty of this, is confidence in yourself, confidence in your work. The deep knowing that you did the right thing, that even though there is no instant gratification. You gave the best of yourself with integrity and honesty, you’ve planted good seeds therefore you can rest assured that you will reap a good harvest that will exceed your own expectations. Only through integrity can you properly align yourself to prosper in every area of your life.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Being a professional real estate consultant, is more than just showing beautiful homes to prospective clients. It involves tons of learning and research even after getting your real estate credentials. Sometimes it feels amazing because you got your clients and their family to the closing table in perfect timing. Other times you suffer with anxiety and heartbreak alongside your clients over something that was not in your hands, but yet you have to be not only accountable for your self but for everyone else that’s working the transaction. Being a Realtor is like being a project manager but a little more intense. You have to constantly make sure that communication between the lender and the title company is happening , and things are flowing how they should be. And you have to do the same with the 3-4 other people within the transaction. I’ve developed super human multi tasking abilities by now. No matter the ups or downs, I’m thankful for every single client.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
