Meet Jada Peck | Model & Real Estate Agent

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jada Peck and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jada, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I started very early, working! My last two years of highschool, were online therefore I had extra time on my hands! I’ve always been the type of person to want to work and be as independent as possible ! After highschool, I went straight to working by choice . I can only speak to the present day when I say , “school has never been for me” . I’ve held multiple positions within food , retail ,telecommunications world . Some might even say I was able to see the best in both worlds, as I have worked for corporate America for 2 years. Within my time in corporate America, I began to blossom and grow into who I am today. In my opinion and I repeat , “in my personal opinion “ you do not need a degree to do what you want to do in life. If it is for you, then it’s for you! I will always be thankful for being able to work in corporate America for two years! Towards the end of my career in corporate America, something was tugging at my heart . That is where my life of purpose and passion began to spark. I have always wanted to model, ever since I was a little girl. With that being said, I decided to take a leap of faith and follow what makes my heart happy inside . I always remember “we choose what we want to suffer for in life” . Our talents are the unique gifts, we have to offer the world . That is how I started my business .

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I currently work as a full time model. I’m currently signed to an agency in New York! In my free time, I aim to follow other models that are on this journey as well! This path requires patience and continuing to keep a positive mindset- trusting that things happen in the right timing . It requires, making long term goals and choosing to take a step towards that direction each day. In choosing this path, I cannot allow fear to prevent me from moving forward. I have been absolutely blessed to have some of the best mentors, and surrounding community that pours love and positivity into me on the days it gets hard . This leap into the uncertainty has been, by far the scariest yet, most watering and rewarding thing. My goal is beauty , e-commerce modeling, and acting!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The top places I absolutely enjoy in Dallas are the following, Columbian Country Club, Lounge 31, and Regines lounge. These three places offer the perfect ambiance. With the best staff! I never have to worry about not being taken care of!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I am so thankful for the community of friends that I have built this year! They continue to pour love and positivity into me. I acknowledge and am thankful for my therapist as she has revealed to me, the healthy coping skills that I held within. I am thankful for parents who always have my best interest in heart and will always be there when the world seems as if it is crashing down.

I thank my creator who has continue to guide me and show me the way throughout the most challenging moments of my life. During the darkest days, I am reminded- im never alone!
