We had the good fortune of connecting with Farrha Hyman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Farrha, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind our success has always been putting our clients first. Every project begins with listening, really understanding who they are, how they live, and what brings them joy. From there, we design with purpose. It’s never just about creating a pretty space; it’s about crafting an environment that works beautifully for their lifestyle and elevates the way they experience home every day. At MOD Interiors, we’ve built a culture of excellence that guides everything we do. That means every detail is intentional, every selection is thoughtful, and every design is anchored in function as much as beauty. Over the years, this approach has allowed us to earn the trust of our clients, many of whom return to us again and again whether to reimagine their homes or to bring the magic of the holidays into their spaces. That trust and connection are what truly define our success.”

What should our readers know about your business?
MOD Interiors began in 2003 as Mission Organization Design; a business focused on staging and organizing. Each time we staged a home, clients would ask us to design their new one, and that’s how we naturally grew into a full-service interior design firm. Those early roots shaped our philosophy; every space must be functional, organized, and designed with purpose.

The journey hasn’t always been easy, but the challenges taught me resilience, the importance of staying fluid, and the value of building lasting trust with our clients. Today, more than two decades later, MOD Interiors is proud to be known for both luxury residential and commercial design, as well as our holiday division, Christmas Decorator Colleyville.

Looking ahead, my vision is to continue creating timeless, purposeful spaces that elevate everyday living, while growing our impact here in the DFW community and beyond. Our story has always been one of passion and perseverance, and I believe the best chapters are still to come

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit, we’d kick things off in downtown Grapevine shopping, walking around, then dinner at Bob’s or Perry’s and drinks at the speakeasy at Hotel Vin. We’d definitely spend a day in Dallas doing Tea Around Town and checking out the Modern Art Museum. For something fun, I’d take them to The Puttery in The Colony for golf and then dinner at Dee Lincoln Prime in Frisco. And of course, no trip is complete without a spa day, so we’d wrap things up with some relaxation at Mokara Spa in Frisco. The perfect mix of fun, culture, and a little luxury!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
