We had the good fortune of connecting with Brittany Ybarra Bliss by Brit and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brittany, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I really believe in everything I do, it can be pretty scary and vulnerable at times when it comes to skincare. From the first initial booking, I make sure my clients know what they are going into. I walk them through the process, why I am doing it, and what I am putting on their bodies. It’s very important for me to be transparent and provide quality service to my clients.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
It was definitely not easy in the beginning I went into it straight out of school, so I really had to build up my clientele. Word of mouth is what really got me to where I am at. I really had to sell myself and get out of my comfort zone. I think what sets me apart is that I want my clients to feel like there going to see a friend, someone they can trust, and know that I am there to help build their confidence in their skin.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take her to Grapevine Lake because that used to be our spot, go check out La Ventana and have some of their yummy margaritas, then go check out the Perot Museum then finally have dinner at Vidorras in Dallas.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to give a shoutout to my mom without her support I don’t think I would be where I am now. She’s so incredible and inspires me to do my best every single day.
