Hi Brett, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of SullivanPerkins are the innovative and creative minds or our team.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
SullivanPerkins is an award-winning creative services firm. For more than four decades, we’ve helped brands stand out by delivered graphic design, advertising, branding and other corporate communications solutions to clients in Dallas and beyond.

Our creative process always starts with listening. Through client-centered account management, we work closely and collaboratively with them to hone all the verbal and visual components of their marketing communications until every aspect is effective and on brand.

We unfortunately do not have a monopoly on the services we offer, so every project is treated as an opportunity to provide value and win hearts. We have many client relationships of over 20 years.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Where would I take a best friend visiting the area? The breakfast at Hubbards Cafe in Rowlett is hard to beat. Brisket at Slow Bone BBQ in Dallas for lunch. And Nate’s Seafood & Steakhouse in Addison for the best crawfish around.

The many great museums and sporting venues in DFW offer great day trips before we ventured outdoors beyond DFW for bass fishing out east at Lake Fork, tubing in the Hill Country, or routing for the Longhorns at DKR in Austin.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Everyone at SullivanPerkins plays an important part in the overall success of the company. The previous owners, Ron Sullivan and Mark Perkins, both served as mentors over many years and their previous work and the work of former and current creative teammates (Chuck Johnson, Michael Langley, Kelly Allen, Hannah Bedonkop, Arif Merritt, Brian Bevolo, Carol Shirey, Christman Fifer, Art Garcia) are a huge reason SullivanPerkins is still very relevant 40 years since it’s founding. My parents deserve much credit for my personal success. Aside from unconditional support, my Mother has always displayed perseverance and integrity – both of these traits have served me well. My father was also a designer and taught me how to see things differently and to find a career doing something I was passionate about. My wife gave me the courage and belief to take on this new challenge and provides so much love and daily support. And lastly, my son encourages me to continue to learn and be better than yesterday.
