We had the good fortune of connecting with Bismark Knoblock Tabiri and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bismark Knoblock, what matters most to you?
Determination I am very determined to the point of no return. Nothing breaks me, scares me, bring me down and nothing worries me. I am very determined to the point that I stand alone most of the time to defend my values and principles.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
It was in 2005 when we were evicted from a single room 7 of us were sharing with our mother. The night we were evicted, that night was the night heavy rain fell throughout, and we couldn’t find anywhere to sleep that night. My mother cried throughout the night and we were all crying with her. So next day, I went to my mom and told her not to worry because when I grow, I will build lots of house for her. She laughed and the people around were amazed of my words. So for all long my target was to build a house for my mom. I didn’t know that it will leader me to build lots of house in my life. In fact, I did built my first house for my mother. But the sweat and energy I put in in order to complete that house was not easy. I became a labourer to the Mason I hired to build that house. It didn’t end there, most of my Estate Houses I have now, I built them with my sweat, energy and enthusiasm. I can now count almost 50 Estate Houses I have now. And I built most of them with my hired Mason’s and I always will do my labourer work.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I will surely take that friend to my favorite place; that’s my new building sites. To me I like and enjoy seeing new buildings sprout out from the ground. I love watching the work going on and that is my favorite place

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I was about a book my head teacher presented to me in 1997, THE MAKERS OF CIVILIZATION. This book impacted a lot of courage, determination and most of the moral values shaping my life today.
