Hi Benjamin, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
the thought process was really details. I definitely had to make sure i had all my ducks lined up in a row lol .I have allways know the culinary side of the business but not the actual running the business side so i really educated myself on how to run and operate a successful private chef business by doing research and learning from other successful private chefs and business owners and a lot of reading.
What should our readers know about your business?
the chef benjamin brand LLC offers one of the most innovative and creative concepts when it comes to private in home dining this is something that the restaurants can’t offer because my service provides a direct access to me personally everything is details from the booking,to the menu,to the plating of the dishes to all the culinary tricks that you’ll experience. …i really got to where i am today by staying true to myself and building good relationships.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
wow dallas,TX is such a cool city to visit because it’s so big (everything is bigger in texas) their are tons of bars and restaurants and entertainment to see from deep elm to uptown dallas basically in dallas whatever you can think of is here.
