Hi Anthony, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
At the Anthony Cedano Real Estate Group, our team as a whole has a mindset to achieve more. We continue to expand our knowledge as professionals, assist all clients with their RE needs no matter what they may be, make it a priority to personally connect with our clients in a relational manner. We thrive on growing our business and team by trying to find as many families as possible to help.
We never forget the main goal at hand. Which is, People over Profits which aligns perfectly with our brokerage, Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Some key characteristics that set us apart at The Anthony Cedano Real Estate Group is our work ethic, client focused approach, diligence of the market, and ability to connect the dots throughout the process. We go the extra mile in key moments when it may not be defined in our role as a Realtor® but we assume it because we care! Im most proud and excited about leading a team and looking to add future agents in the near future.
Ive always been a team player being a former Division 1 athlete that I find being surrounded by others who share the same common goal is a feeling that can’t be described, only felt. I’ve put myself in the current position that im in today by listening to others who are smarter and more successful than me, belief in myself as a business owner and Real Estate professional, along with listening more than speaking.
Nothing in life that is worth having for the rest of your life is easy. That is our mindset at The Anthony Cedano Real Estate Group which is why we love the business we are in. Its never easy, but we prefer it that way. The ultimate goal is to create a sustainable business practice for each agent on the team while helping our clients achieve their RE goals.
Ive learned never to doubt oneself but to be thankful for the lessons learned along the journey process of growth, both personally and professionally. Stay true to oneself, never waiver on decisions made, and thoroughly enjoy the hard work it takes to create wealth for others through Real Estate.
If there is one key takeaway that others can take away from my story and brand is be professional, remain confident through preparation and humility, surround yourself with those who are loyal to you. Loyalty never waivers and only grows in time.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Places we would take our friends along with clients are some of the following:
Klyde Warren Park
Javiers, Dallas staple
The thriving ATT District
A stroll on the infamous Katy Trail or White Rock Lake.
My favorite restaurant in the city, Monarch!
Bowen House, staple.
Highland PArk village, for the an Italian powerhouse- Fachinis
Dallas Mavericks is a must since RHA is the official brokerage partner for the Mavs.
Live Jazz music at Drakes on Sundays.
Bishop Arts during the days for the small pop up shops.
Steven Park Golf Course for a day on the greens.
Of course, bring them by F45 Fitness studios for a class powerhouse workout session which I can lead due to being a trainer there!

Great question! A big and integral part of my personal success initially starts with my broker, Rogers Healy of Rogers Healy and Associates, the leadership staff at the brokerage and my team at The Anthony Cedano Real Estate Group. Cody Pena, my teammate has inspired me to continue to lead us in the right direction along with the new agents who are joining our team within the next 30 to 45 days.
Im blessed to be in a position to lead others find their way in this business as leaders of RHA continue to do for me on a daily basis. The fellowship Ive created with other tenured agents has been vital from a learning perspective but professionally and personally. The trust and loyalty of my clients means the most to me because they are the ones who continue our vision at The Anthony Cedano Real Estate Group. We are thankful to serve them and create meaningful relationships!
