We founded Philanthropy Partners with the mission to help nonprofit organizations, charitable businesses and individuals enhance there social impact and create lasting change. We assist our partners by identifying tools and resources they need to increase their charitable intent. Since our launch on Giving Tuesday in 2019, we have bolstered awareness and funding for various social issues plaguing our communities. We created a fundraising campaign to support three organizations making an impact in the areas of human trafficking, African American male leadership and disadvantaged youth. We are also helping the community through our consulting partnership with a national organization providing food for frontline workers and vulnerable populations during the coronavirus pandemic. We have been the leader in identifying and facilitating the distribution of meals to targeted populations such as homeless teens and families, unsung frontline heroes and underserved populations throughout southern sector of Dallas. It sounds strange to say that by marketing antiques I feel as though I’m helping the community but it is something I’ve believed since starting my business. I’ve often felt that by assisting antique dealers in marketing their items online I’m doing something they otherwise wouldn’t know how to do. My position is to help them share their experience of collecting, their knowledge of value and how to incorporate items from the past into today’s spaces brings generations together. It’s incorporating the old with the new but also the history of a piece along with knowledge the dealer has that make the pieces even more special and may preserve them for future generations.
